Sleep… where did you go?
It’s 2 am, and I have to be up in 3 hours for work. ug. I seriously can’t sleep. obviously. I’m so mad that I can’t sleep, that it’s making me stressed. ok, ok. CALM DOWN. I can live without one night of sleep. Tomorrow… or today (geez) is LEG day, my FAVorite workout day of the week. And I haven’t slept! BUT I slept about 12 hours last night and took it easy today (no workout) sooo maybe I’ll be ok tomorrow. (today) geez. hmmm.. If I don’t feel energized today after work I’ll just have to do legs tomorrow. I swear that messes up my whole friggin’ week. I don’t know what to do, I’m seriously stressed out. I know, I know. I’m being silly it’s not that big of a deal, but it is for me! I don’t like to work without sleep! I’m all pissy and stuff.
I’s ok I just need to take a deep breath and be happy!
ok I’m all better.

I completely understand how frustrating this is. I go through phases of waking up at 2, when i have to be at work at 5. Right now its 130 and i have been up for an hour now. What IS with this crap?? All you can do is relax and try not to ruin your day. Hopefully you’ll get some quality rest tomorrow after hitting legs hard - you may even set some records in your workout. Im looking into phenibut to supp before bed and hopefully do away with this bad habit! GOOD LUCK

I’m glad to see that I’m not the only one who works for an organization that doesn’t understand how important a static schedule is to a productive fitness regimen.
