I made it!
I just got finished with my leg workout today on no sleep! YAY I feel great too. It’s SUCH a mind game! I tried not to think about how I didn’t get much sleep last night and I did great! Ohh, I swear I almost left the gym when I got there because I was playing mind games with myself, "Amanda, you did not sleep last night, you are tired, sleepy and weak." But I said, "Shut up, head. You’re a wussy. Suck it up!!" So I did great!! Tonight, I’m going to take a hot bath and relax right before bedtime to be sure I have a good night’s sleep.
I’m so proud of myself for going to the gym regardless. That just goes to show you how disciplined you HAVE to be to want something as bad as I do. I’ll admit, I planned on taking the day off after 8 hours at Sonic this morning and resting, but my friend Norma, goood ol’ Norma said, "Just go to the gym…" and I said, "You’re right, Norma!" I can handle anything!! One night of sleep deprivation is NOT going to ruin my whole week. SOO I’m still on schedule guys!! Tomorrow: 5:00am CARDIO before breakfast! And I’m soo excited! Right on schedule.
