Overtrained.
Soooo, yeah. I’m pretty sure I am overtrained. I have all the symptoms and it sucks!
This means rest. Rest, rest, rest. And as soon as feel better I will SLOWLY hit it again. But easy does it, because feeling tired all the time is not fun. I want energy to work out!!
I wonder if I should do light cardio. I think I might. Light. I really can’t stand not doing anything all day. Work busts my butt anyway, so I might be ok without cardio. I hope I feel better soon. I feel like I’m never going to feel good again. Surely I will, I know I need rest.
I’ve had about 3 total rest days in the past 2 months! Man. That’s not good!
