I had a really good day. I made an 86 on my Anatomy and Physiology test!! Yay me.
I feel super motivated right now for some reason. I love it. I know why… because a guy told me he likes my thick body and now I see that I don’t have a size 2 to be sexy. Guys love big butts, and I definately have one of those. I’m not going to worry about being skinny all the time anymore. If I feed my body what it needs when I need it, I’m going to look the best I possibly can. If I lose fat, great. All I know is I love to workout hard and I will fuel my body with healthy, good-for-me foods that I love to get me through a mind blowing workout. Thanks BRO!

Tell me, what is the fasted way to burn this fat off? I know everyday my body is becoming leaner, but I’m about tired of waiting. I guess I could take a fat burner, I need to run faster… should I left heavy/ low rep or light/ high reps?

I am currently uploading a video on you tube (it takes forever). I’m reluctant to post it, but I know I must if I want to see where I really am. The truth hurts! But it’s better than not knowing. I did not like the video after I saw it… I didn’t realize I was so chunky
How much cardio should I be doing to get lean? It’s so hard… I love to eat.
I have been following the eat-clean diet by tosca reno for about one month, and I like it alot. So I know my diet is pretty much on track. I just starting lifting again from about 3 months off… gained some fat during that time. And I have a great Workout partner now and she is pushing me harder than I have ever worked. So I know I need to just keep my head up and do what I do, but it’s hard when I want to be very lean. I know it’s probably not my "natural" body weight to be extremely lean, but I would like to show off my muscles without the fluffiness!
If cardio is 5 days a week for 30-60 mins (after weight training)… Is that enough to get lean? If I keep it up everyday, am I ever going to get lean? I’ve only been at it hard about a week or two… but Sometimes I just don’t feel like I’m getting anywhere. I work sooo freaking hard and I’m still not LEAN. Why is it so hard?

I’m sick, and I want to work out sooo bad but I know I must get better first…
My gym partner and I were doing sooo good. 5 days in a row of hard workouts and then I get sick. Probably should have taken a day off… blah but I’ll be back in that gym in no time and I can’t wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It’s killin’ me! Very frustrating… I was going to take a huge shopping trip with my aunts and cousins but I can’t do that either. But it’s my own fault because I went out drinking. and I know that is why I’m sick. Never again… unless I want to go through this bs again! I did have fun though. But I would trade it all back just to workout and shop! That’s fo sho! ok well I guess I’m going to go rest. Since that’s all I do right now! hahahahahha
