I too am badly lacking in Delts and Traps. I added DB Shrugs to my Chest day and then made Thursday my Shoulder training day, just front, side and rear delts, concentrating on good form and and full range of motion. Its hasn’t been long but it feels nice to attack the shoulders on their own day. cheers

You should be doing shrugs on Back day. Look at a muscle chart. The traps are a large portion of the top of your spine.
Also the best mass builder for shoulders is DB presses.

I do both shoulder DB press and shrugs (front barbell). Hope to see the results of it soon. Thx for the advice!

Same here. I have been doing db shoulder press and shrugs for about 2 weeks. The shoulder press isn’t fun, but it seems to be working. I’m already getting stronger.
