Getting back into motion
Monday, December 15th, 2008Well, after a several-month break during which I lost a lot of weight and fitness, I’m getting back in motion. My short term goal is to get to 140 lbs on January 10th, that is 8 pounds more than three days ago. As always, I gained my first two pounds pretty much with just thinking about working out, so I have six more to go. I will be posting progress soon.
