Forced break, but already back
Sunday, March 30th, 2008I had some minor health issues that kept me out of working out. Plus a visiting friend to whom I wanted to dedicate my free time last week. That resulted in more than two weeks off, which translate in some 4 pounds lost and most probably some strength loss (I’ll know for sure after tomorrow’s workout), and not achieving my goal of 150 lbs on April 1st. I don’t regret it though. I had the best time with my friend (although I would have skipped the health issues if you ask me). In short, back to schedule now and getting mentally ready for stepping in the weigths room tomorrow.
