Thursday, January 29th, 2009Have been working hard all week both in the office and in the gym. So much so that I actually had to take a nap before coming to the gym tonight lol.
Here was tonights routine:
10 minutes SS treadmill @ 4.6
Alternating Lateral Lunge: 12 x 4lb mb, 8lb mb, 8lb mb
EB Flys: 12 x 15, 15, 15
EB Sculls: 12 x 25, 25, 25
10 minutes SS Eliptical level 10
Flat Bench Press: 12 x 65, 75, 75
Close Foot Leg Press: 12 x 90, 140, 140 (that’s just plates, not sure how much the sled weighs??)
Arnold Press: 12 x 15, 17.5
Seated Calf Raise: 12 x 45, 45
Was a good workout, however, my hami’s are soooo sore from yesterdays cardio. Hopefully they’ll be good for tomorrow’s workout.
On another note, my eating has cleaned up a lot this week. I’m actually down 3.5lbs. Yesss!!! I love it when that happens.
