I fell off the wagon for a couple of weeks…….Wife finishing her semester coupled with all of the summer lake time and vacation and the last three weeks have not been very disciplined with regard to my eating. I crept back up 9lbs with a gain of 1.7%BF.
However, this week I have been back on track and will quickly get back to where I was and continue on my quest to 15% BF and then even lower once I make it there (small steps here)

I know for a lot of people on her, getting below 20% BF is no big deal, but I finally got there!!! I started out at 25% and this has been my short term goal for a while. Now the desire is to get to 15% then lower. I have managed to maintain good muscle mass and my strength has not declined at all.

My ultimate goal is to get to 10%BF or less. I am currently running right at 24%. I need to take this in stages so my goal before our trip to Jamaica on November 11th is to get down to 20%. This should be attainable if I maintain an adequate cardio regimen. Wish me luck!!

I just wanted to thank my wife for giving me such great support during these times. She always encourages me and helps me tremendously with my nutrition. Just one more reason to love her so much!!
