Arm training

So I need some opinions, im trying to switch up my arm training, maybe into higher reps and more body weighted stuff, dips etc… Ive sort of hit a plateau, anyone support this motion or should I stick to a rep range of 8-10, heavy with high volume. Also, is super setting just biceps with a different bicep exercise a good idea?
