I recently took a little time off to get my self healed up a little bit. I came back today and ALL my lifts went up!! Thanks to bb.com’s log book I knew what to throw on and try out. I will be changing my workout soon. It will remain the total body style just with different exercises.
The motivation is pretty strong right now. Fitness is my stress relief (even though I’m putting massive stress on my body). I love it.
The body building show is coming soon!! March 29th will be here before I know it and I need to be around 265 with the same body fat. I’m about 250 at 14.5%. It’s hard to get a good quality measure with my swelling though which ticks me off but it’ll come soon enough. No use trying to rush things. The surgery was enough money to remind me to chill out.
