I recently took a little time off to get my self healed up a little bit. I came back today and ALL my lifts went up!! Thanks to bb.com’s log book I knew what to throw on and try out. I will be changing my workout soon. It will remain the total body style just with different exercises.
The motivation is pretty strong right now. Fitness is my stress relief (even though I’m putting massive stress on my body). I love it.
The body building show is coming soon!! March 29th will be here before I know it and I need to be around 265 with the same body fat. I’m about 250 at 14.5%. It’s hard to get a good quality measure with my swelling though which ticks me off but it’ll come soon enough. No use trying to rush things. The surgery was enough money to remind me to chill out.

I decided a few weeks back to just start making some progress instead of sitting on my computer all day trying to keep up, daily, with my body changes.
I got down to about 219 lbs and was pretty happy but I realized I was under eating. I was getting dizzy in the gym but thing was I was still making strength gains. I have amazing genetics. The time I would usually spend on here (surfing articles and being obsessed with the site) I started using to read books and nutrient research.
I am currently practicing the Nutrient Timing System by John Ivy and am beginning the New HIT programs outlined by Ellington Darden.
I feel high intensity is a perfect way for the body to adapt, quickly. I have cut down my gym time so dramatically people just scratch their head. But honestly if you compare them to how I look they can’t say anything and this is not me being cocky. There’s a major difference between someone knowing what their doing and someone walking around questioning their selves. I would like to think I know what I am doing and I will continue to learn and hit each goal accordingly.
The New HIT is, in part, exactly what Casey Viator did in his day. If you don’t know who that is, he was the youngest Mr. Olympia winning at age 19. His BodyStats were comparable, if not greater, then Arnolds at points in time. Please research him as for the story is awesome.
I have recently become a huge fan of Author Jones and Ellington Darden. Their philosophies with weight training is amazing and I have, with out knowing it, been implementing their style for a while now. I love high intensity lifting. It not only gets the heart rate jacked up but it makes you feel as if you’ll puke. If you get to that point every workout then kudos to you as for most people are scared of that type of work and stray from it.
Be one of the few who try it! Until next time,

I’ve been doing a great job controlling my weight (perferably my body fat %). Now that I am under 10% I intend to keep it that way. Took 8 years of hard work and many failures. Hope to hear other great stories!
