No gym today......woke up with all intentions of going, but the longer I stayed up the more exhausted I became...I know, doesn't make sense but just wasn't feeling it. This week is the 1st time since July that I've done cardio 4 days in a row!! I'm slowly getting back into the pre-contest mode. Have yet to get on the scale but I can see my midsection is tightening up. If I stay on the grind I'll be in decent shape to start my pre-contest diet come mid-January. My goal for the next 5 weeks is to drop 5-7 pounds so I won't feel so rushed to get the weight off. I hadn't weighed myself in about 10 days...depending on how I feel in the AM I may step on the scale. I just know the numbers tend to get the best of me so I have to be careful. Just looking at myself I'm probably sitting at 145-148.
