Back & Tri’s, Day 18 of 53, 11/26
Was struggling w/ the weights…just didn’t feel like lifting, but got it done so that’s all that matter. I hit the treadmill for cardio and I must say that made me feel a lot better. I was really in the groove then the cleaning man came and started spraying down the machines…I have a head cold so that messed up my breathing a little, but other than that it was a good cardio workout.

40 min- Walk/Run Intervals on treadmill
