Triceps/Biceps, Day 11 of 53, 11/19/08
Made it to the gym bright and early!! Was off today, but glad I went this AM..b/c I wanted to go back this evening but didn’t feel like it. Had a decent workout!
DB Bicep Curl 2×20, 3×10 (Superset)
DB Overhead Press 2×20, 3×10
1 Arm Bicep Curl 4×10
1 Arm Tricep Kickback 4×10
Dips 2×15 (tricep held up until this move so stopped at 2 sets!)
BB Curl 4×10
Hangin Leg Raises 5×15
