Monday, 10/20
Monday was chest day!! I actually felt somewhat off, guess b/c I missed all of last week! I’m changing things up and have decided to start lifting heavy for a few weeks!! Funny thing is that I’ve been lifting light for so long I thought I would have lost some strength. To my surprise I’m stronger than I thought. I was shooting for reps of 10, but for the entire session the weight was too light and I end up doing sets of 15 anyway. I’ll keep experimenting w/ the weight until I reach the weight that kills me to get 10 reps in.
Cable Press 2×20 (warm-up), 2×15
Pec Flyes 2×15, 2×12
DB Bench Press, 2×20, 2×15
Incline Press, 3×15, 1×12
