Today’s workout was pretty good. It’s been a while since I’ve done double cardio but I managed to get it in today. This will be another long week so I’ll have to push hard to get the training in!!

DB Lat Raise 2×15 (TRISET/WARM-UP)
DB Front Lat 2×15
DB Military Press 2×15
Lateral Shoulder Press 4×20
Rear Delt on Pec Machine 4×20
BB Front Lat Raise
CARDIO
Stepmill - 40 min, AM
Incline Walk on Treadmill - 45 min, PM
