9 Weeks Out From Jr. USAs!!!!

My goodness, time is really flying by fast now.  I’m proud to say that since my return from the Arnold Sports Festival I’ve finally gotten on track and stayed there.  The Arnold was a great experience and I came back home hyped and motivated to get on the diet and stay on it.  Since my return, I’ve lost a total of 9 pounds…which I actually lost in the first 7 days…that lets you know just how much water I was holding.  I’ll contribute that to 3 days of eating pancakes for breakfast and I won’t even disclose everything else I ate while in OH.

This morning I weighed in at 132 pounds.  I have about 20-22 pounds to drop to be competition ready.  My goal for this week is to drop 2-3 pounds.

My legs/glutes, delts, arms, back are starting to lean out.  I’m actually starting to see a small vein on my inner thigh that I never seen in my life, so I thought that was interesting!  My problem area….abs, will be the last to show…but to my surprise I can see a ‘lil something going on…but not much.

For the upcoming week I’ll continue to hit the iron hard and keep up w/ the cardio.  Last week I managed to get 3 cardio sessions in on 3 days and the other days were 2 cardio sessions.  I hope to get up to 3 cardio sessions atleat 5 days this week.  Doing this much cardio is very strenuous and it does take a lot…..to me so much harder than the weights.

Anywho, think I’ll hold of on the pics until next week.  See ya next week!
