CARDIO @ 10:45pm
I had to literally drag myself to the gym for my late nite cardio session!! I swear the only thing that got me there was knowing somewhere there is a competitor that did her AM & PM session of cardio, did her weights, dranked all her water, and ate all 6 meals!! I’m tired, but now I have to settle down b4 I can go to sleep. It’s 12:14AM and my alarm clock will be ring in 5 hrs. 15 min! Tomorrow night I have got to get to the gym by 9!
Although I’m not looking forward to it I’ll be doing 3 sessions of cardio next week! The things a figure gurl will do to look great on stage!!

do you schedule a day off? If so, what do you do for recovery?
