14 weeks!!!
Whew, time is really going by now. I took some start pics yesterday which have been posted. Last weeks training went well. I was up everyday for my 6am training session. Cardio has still been a thorn in my side. Only managed to get in 3 cardio sessions. After looking at my pics I know I have to get my cardio done daily, there’s no other way.
For the upcoming week I’ll continue to train consistantly. I have to cut off the computer by 10PM so I can be sleep at a decent hour. There’s just no other way for me to do it. Anywho, I’ll see you all next week. Comment back and let me know what you think of the pics. My goal for this show is 110…23 pounds to drop!

You will come in just fine if you stay on track, you are well within bounds for the time period. At 14 weeks out you will dial in just right. Looking forward to it.

Thanks! I hope so! This is all mental, I know my body will do anything I tell it to!! I just have to get plenty of rest and make sure I’m eating all of my meals!!!

You’ve done it before…your dedication paid off for real…we’ll get it done again!! 21 pounds…that’s nothing for you! I’m excited to watch the change again and you know you can call me when you need to vent or when you get stressed.

wow, 23lbs! you can do it! i have about 15 to lose, but don’t really know for sure, since my starting weight is about 5 lbs higher than last time. BTW, i added you to my top friends on myspace, but cannot get on your page! you must have a ton of pics or something screwy is going on! anyhoo, keep trainin hard!
