Quiet an exciting weekend (chosen to do wieghts on weekends and swimming/cardio on weekdays). Added another .1 inch to my arm in just 2 days and bumped up leg presses to 60 pounds on sunday. Definitly stating lifting on weekdays.
First blog, my friends call me Matt, started swimming training again today (2nd day), pretty simple program pretty much just 60laps F/s Kick, 40laps F/s then a couple of laps of Breastroke and Br/s kick.
Pretty proud of myself today swam almost 6000ft looking to maintain that lengh and keep working harder.
