Well I had a great couple of days…Excellent workouts and breast cancer run on the weekend….
Last night I tried on clothes that i could not get past my thighs even a month ago and guess what! YES they fit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Night two of Belly dancing…oh yeah felt like a sexy mama…so tried to show up my lil dancing princess and well she was embarrassed…I just do not understand why LOLOLOL
I went to my first Belly dancing class last night! AND OUCH! WOW my abs are more sore than any workout I have ever done!
Ok I know I know why is this a big accomplishment?? Well..I ALWAYS back out of things like this because of my weight, and yesterday afternoon my friend bailed on me…so I pretty much convinced myself not to go..But then, after I dropped my daughter off at her dance classes I thought whats the big deal…just go! So I went and LOVED it. I fellt great, sexy and ya my waist is going to lose inches!!!! MMHMM!!!!
Yup this morning was leg day and I pushed it! i even threw up…but its a good thing…it means i worked them…now I may not be able to walk tomrorow but hey….
