I seem to be hitting a lot of obstacles

Wow so I have kidney stones.. now let me tell you people something… this pain is WORSE ok.. about the same as labor!!!! Its horrible…

Another thing that has interrupted my training.. and that pisses me off!!!!!!

I am thinking i can get back into the gym tomorrow.. after almost a whole week off !!!!!

    life seems to always throw you curve balls.. but I know you will be able to over come the obstacles and reach your goals…. your determination, and spirit will show through…
