Feeling great this morning….

Yes I am!

Last night had a great shoulders / cardio workout!!! This Morning worked CHEST and Tris :) :)

I am feeling good…weight and measurements are down :)

I went to my first Belly dancing class last night! AND OUCH! WOW my abs are more sore than any workout I have ever done!

Ok I  know I know why is this a big accomplishment?? Well..I ALWAYS back out of things like this because of my weight, and yesterday afternoon my friend bailed on me…so I pretty much convinced myself not to go..But then, after I dropped my daughter off at her dance classes I thought whats the big deal…just go! So I went and LOVED it. I fellt great, sexy and ya my waist is going to lose inches!!!! MMHMM!!!!

Great weekend!!!!

I hope everyone had a great weekend!!!!

My was wonderful! Worked out with hubby on saturday morning…Felt great I LOVE working out with My husband!

Did quite a bit of activity this weekend! Feels great!

Start my belly dancing class tonight…should be errrr "interesting " LOL

Ouch Ouch Ouch!

Ok ya my legs HURT!

I woke up late this mroning but still went to the gym :) Did shoulders / abs today…

I LOVE shoulders….they are my favorite body part!

I also got the biggest compliment I think I have ever gotten!

Someone asked me what I was doing because I looked "AWESOME!" WOWOWOWOW!

Gotta love those endorphins (ok and the caffeine!) HAPPY FRIDAY everyone!

Yup this morning was leg day and I pushed it! i even threw up…but its a good thing…it means i worked them…now I may not be able to walk tomrorow but hey….
3 x 10 Step-ups on to a bench
superset
3 x 10 Lateral step-up on to a bench
3 x 15 Leg curls
3 x 10 One legged squats superset
3 x 20 Walking lunges
3 x 10 One leg press
superset
3 x 30 Jump lunges
3 x 15 Leg extensions

YAY - Back to it..

YAY I had an amazing workout this morning…even though i could not sleep last night I still got up and headed to the gym before work :)

I feel amazing…I did chest / tris and cardio….

 This is just the start…I am turning everything up a few notches…WATCH OUT!

Ok So I have been on a TRAIN WRECK since Friday! Eating CRAP CRAP CRAP! And not hitting the gym… Yes I did go for a run and a hike this weekend…And last night I went for a swim…. BUT I need to get back into routine!

 Today I again did not wake up in time to hit the gym at 5…

I did though (thanks to hubby) bring food for the day :) :)

The craziness has started!

Its September which also brings the hectic schedule… BUT that does not give me an excuse to skip out workouts or eat bad! This weekend, I did shoulders and abs on Saturday morning and an hour of cardio then was taxi mom for the afternoon and while my daughter was being the dancing princess, instead of sitting around and gossiping with the other moms I took the dog for a hike.

Sunday, woke up did legs and cardio, then spent the rest of the day in volunteer comittees for dance while the lil princess did her choreography, then had a photo shoot for my daughter and the dog for the rottweiler calendar…tooo cute, since it was at a park we went for a nice long walk / hike :) :)

 Woke up this morning and went for my workout, just did cardio (45 min) as I will do weights / more cardio tonight while daughter is dancing.

Well I have had a lot emotional stress in the last couple weeks, but my training has kept me going :) :) My eating could be better but is not horrible.

I have met my September 15th goal (YAY me!!) and am now ready to set a new one! I want to lose 15 lbs by October 15th.

Thanks to everyone who has Pm’d me with such great support!!!
