Its September which also brings the hectic schedule… BUT that does not give me an excuse to skip out workouts or eat bad! This weekend, I did shoulders and abs on Saturday morning and an hour of cardio then was taxi mom for the afternoon and while my daughter was being the dancing princess, instead of sitting around and gossiping with the other moms I took the dog for a hike.
Sunday, woke up did legs and cardio, then spent the rest of the day in volunteer comittees for dance while the lil princess did her choreography, then had a photo shoot for my daughter and the dog for the rottweiler calendar…tooo cute, since it was at a park we went for a nice long walk / hike

Woke up this morning and went for my workout, just did cardio (45 min) as I will do weights / more cardio tonight while daughter is dancing.
