So, I didn’t get a chance to update my bodyspace before I went to New England for a month. But I made my goal!! I’m still going to work at getting a little more definition in my muscles, but I am very pleased with my results. It feels kind of funny to look back and realize that I lost 25-30 lbs last year. I feel so much better and I hold my head up high. Thank you to all the people who gave me the confidence I needed.

But, in about 20 minutes I’m leaving for the Outdoor Lands Festival in San Francisco! AND I’M GOING TO SEE RADIOHEAD!! And Beck, and other cool bands, but Radiohead is one of my FAVES!! YAY!

Wow, so I realized for the first time last night that I have lost 20 lbs. It seems to surreal, I can’t believe that I was ever that heavy! I was actually up to 154 right before I joined this site. So now, all I have to do is keep it off. This I don’t see as being such a problem, now that I’m no longer depressed. Being down can really be a kicker!!
So, as I move forward I will always have the pictures of me being chubby in the past. And that’s how I want to keep it, in the past!!
20 lbs BABY!! WHOOO!!

OK, so I finally am done with the move. Here I reside in beautiful CA. Although, I no longer work on cars, and haven’t been able to workout in a little over a month. So, while my weight has gone down, my bf% has gone up slightly and my muscles have lost a little mass. Though I’m not too worried about it, my meso/endo body type will pick up the slack once I start applying myself again. And now that the ‘crisis’ is done, I can start doing that again. I have updated my goals and look forward to the future!!
