Welcome!
I’m getting ready for my first ever fitness photo shoot on Wednesday. It turns out that there really is a lot of preparation necessary and I have a newfound respect for people who model professionally. I’m very excited about it, but after two weeks of dieting, and avoiding sodium, alcohol, simple carbs, etc., I’m ready for it to be over so I can go back to eating the occasional slice of pizza.
In hindsight, I really should have been doing a lot more cardio in the past few weeks, and while I’m reasonably lean, I’m concerned that my abs still aren’t going to be very visible in the pictures. I’m open to any suggestions at all.

abs need a long time and patience to get. you could check couple of article in bodybuilding.com which have so many good tips from many experts.

One suggestion, let us see the pics when they’re done! Hehe kidding, you’ll do fine though, don’t overstress it and keep on with the commitment, that and just knowing you’ll do fine will boost your confidence and will make taking the shoot even easier.
