well been in italy for three weeks, it’s been a blast. i have a few more months here, but i dont know if i could handle it here. there’s lots of great food, but the gym at my school isn’t the best. there’s few equipment to use. the dumbells skip from 10kg to 30kg. frustrating…

Going to Italy on wednesday for a semester. I am pretty excitied, but I have really bad habbits I like eating all the bad carbs. Any suggestions besdies starving lol?

i am on vacation, and it has been a while since i’ve been in a real gym. i’ve been using this total gym equipment and some resistant bands, and i feel like crap. I am really frustrated because i travel alot and where ever i go there’s no gym near by. But tuesday i’ll be in chicago, and there’s a descent gym near my hotel. i’m planning on doing a whole body work out and probably running myself in to the ground…then i’m off to italy and i pray to god there’s a good gym near me when i get there.

I am trying to gain some muscle mass, but I don’t think I am eating right or doing something right. I try to eat atleast five times a day, but sometimes 4. i eat alot of carbs (breads, pasta, rice, etc.) because that’s what my family eats. I also work out five times a week. So throw some tips or ideas my way. I appreciated it. thanxs

So next week is my last week of the semester, and I will on vacation. I am going to my families house and they don’t go to the gym consistently. So i was wondering what kind of in-house excercises can i do? And when i do go to the gym, it’ll probably three times a week at most? so should i do as much muscle groups as possible in one workout? well i am open to any suggestions…
