Fact, you are in shape. You are not showing your intimate parts, and you are not in crazy poses, you are not. If you have pictures with your Girl Friend, or hanging with your buds, that is fine, and companies are looking for that, regular people. What they don't like: you talking trash of your employer, at least I had to sign off a NDA (None disclosure agreement) and there are a lot of little details in that binding document I must follow for the next three years. They don't like trash employees, yea, yea, is your private life, but it stop being in the moment you upload it in a social network. Also they don't like you to talk about your current job or responsibilities, just keep doing what you are doing, if you train, you train. Well if you work for a big company and you are consuming drugs, then trust me, you will not last 24 hours longer working with your new employer.

I have made no secret that I work out heavy. I am not a bodybuilder but do love to build my body. I would tell them that this site is how I track my workouts and share ideas with others with the same interest. That interest is promoting health and fitness. By you being healthy you are actually helping them with thier insurance costs (that might not fly) Best of luck I have had the same thoughts about my work.
