Off Season Training
This week is the new start of my mass gaining journey, and will hopefully lead me to be competition ready in the future. Right now, I am in a phase where I am learning to exercises that are complimentary to bulking. I am being coached by a knowledgeable person who is passing his knowledge and experience on to me. I am always amazed to learn more about things I already know. So far, I’ve been doing exercises I normally do, but with a little bit of adjustment to my posture makes a lot of difference in the targeted muscle.
Monday work out in a nutshell, we did a chest work out stuck with exercises that induce growth bb bench press and incline press. My posture was on target, but he had me adjust where the barbell comes down on my chest on both flat and incline bench, and it was the world of difference. I finished up with dumbbell flies. My chest was jacked, one of the best pumps I’ve had in awhile.
Will continue this later, it’s late and i am tired.
