work out routine
Saturday, February 24th, 2007it’s been two months since i’ve been in italy, and i don’t have a work out routine i follow because of the out-dated weight set at my school. the weights are old and alot plates and dumbells are missing. also, it’s hard to stay motivated because no one here really works out, but claims they do. i am also not any supplements, it’s hard to find protein here. so all i do is try to eat healthy, i work out four to five times a week, do what ever muscle i feel like doing for the day. so if anyone, wants to share their work-out routine send it my way, it’ll probably get me motivated. however, i might have to improvise the work out. the only motivation is working out while this girl i’m after is on the trendmill.
