This week is the new start of my mass gaining journey, and will hopefully lead me to be competition ready in the future. Right now, I am in a phase where I am learning to exercises that are complimentary to bulking. I am being coached by a knowledgeable person who is passing his knowledge and experience on to me. I am always amazed to learn more about things I already know. So far, I’ve been doing exercises I normally do, but with a little bit of adjustment to my posture makes a lot of difference in the targeted muscle.
Monday work out in a nutshell, we did a chest work out stuck with exercises that induce growth bb bench press and incline press. My posture was on target, but he had me adjust where the barbell comes down on my chest on both flat and incline bench, and it was the world of difference. I finished up with dumbbell flies. My chest was jacked, one of the best pumps I’ve had in awhile.
Will continue this later, it’s late and i am tired.

I work for a BIG corporation, and I know that there are people that get paid to look up employees on the internet for inappropriate pictures or material. Lately I’ve been wondering if my bodyspace would be deemed inappropriate to where i have to delete my account. I have another social network page, and I know of people being reprimanded for having club pics. granted i am not holding beer in my hand, but i am half naked. i really don’t want to delete or edit my account nor do i want to ask someone at work to check out my page to see if its ok. Oh believe me where I work they monitor for employees web pages. your thoughts would be appreciated.

This morning I did my cardio workout on the elliptical and bowflex tread climber working up an appetite. So I boiled six eggs, ate a cup of yogurt, and fell asleep watching tv waiting for my eggs. I heard a loud pop, and I wake up to see eggs all over the kitchen and water boiling over. I know it sounds bad like I am a retard. Believe me, I was just tired. BTW the walls are covered with hard boiled eggs, and it smells too. Two exploded and the other four I had to throw away because the shell wouldn’t peel without screwing up the eggs whites. So I took the last two eggs I had and took the safe route by scrambling it. I never knew that hard boiled eggs blew up in boiling water. I thought it was amazing at first but not after having to clean it up. I thought it was interesting…learned that eggs blow up? So don’t fall asleep!!! I definitely lost out on about 100 grams of protein.

i am curious to know if tattoos play a factor when you compete. obviously tattoos can cover some muscle definition. i would like to hear some of your takes on this matter. i am contemplating on getting a tattoo but at the same time i would like to compete.

hello to all bb.com. i have an opportunity to do a photo shoot. this will be my first one if i decide to pursue the chance. so any experienced bb people, i would appreciate any tips. right now i am slowing down my bulking and beginning to bring my BF% down. Thanx keep pumpin iron.

hello…i am trying to put on mass, and someone recommended NuTek’s Mass Complex. So if anyone has taken NuTeks supplements let me know how it went and your experience with it. i am planning on putting on 15 lbs during this bulk phase. Or if you know of any other great products that will help me put on some lean mass without putting on too much bodyfat let me know. thanx

Today I thought about my success and the hard work I have put in to developing my physique/ bb lifestyle. I have come to realize how much people hate on me for having a body that I have worked so hard. I recently started a job in retail for a very fashionable store that markets to young adults. I have a coworker that likes to talk about how strong they are when I am around, but this person is really just skinny and has no gym experience (has no clue wtf he is talkin about). However, they have no clue that I also work at a gym and have a background in fitness. I think it’s funny, and I am beginning to thrive on it when I work out, makes me hit the gym harder because I know it pisses them off. On another occassion I have had guy follow me around the gym and flex infront of me in the locker room (creep), and his locker was on the other side of the room but he decided to use the mirror next to me instead of the one by his locker. (long story short…)
I am really a humble person and easy going but seems that since I’ve been developing my physique some people judge me as being cocky or whatever negativity they think about me. It sucks being prejudged but I can’t please the world. although, i do thrive on it for lifting fuel lol…it’s kind’ve of annoying to have pple hating for no reason. Don’t mean to sound like I am nagging, but I am sure there are people on here that are in the similar situation as me. Also, reminds of a poem mother theresea had written.

can anyone who has taken or is taking Gaspari’s Size On tell me their results/ reaction to this supplement. i am looking to put on some mass, and i was told it was better then BSN’s cell mass. also, i am planning on taking meythl 1-d to enhance my pumps with size on as a prework out supplement. thanx mike

Can anyone tell me what to do/ prevent stretch marks. I have been getting them by my armpits to my chest, biceps, and quads. I put on cocoa butter it seems to fade them, but someone told me to stop lifting. but they must be out of their minds. So throw some info my way…apprecitate it…thnx
