Don’t Stop Progress….
I was looking through some older pics from last year and I can’t believe how great I looked. Life can throw a major monkey wrench in all you are trying to accomplish when you don’t stay on top of things. I look good now but I was really kicking butty this time last year. That’s why it’s so important to stick with it and don’t take too long of a pause, ’cause all that you were doing can fade in no time. ~Later
