Swimming
So im in a rut of sorts, Im very tired! I have been training straight for about 16 months five days a week. Yesterday I needed a change of pace, which is good, so I drove to a lake nearby and swam. I had a couple friends with me that had rafts and they were poundin brews. I swam about two mile totals out to an island and back. DAMN! It felt good I havent done something like that in years. That was my work out for Friday and a hella stress reliever. Next week Im going to start a stricter cuttin up phase for about 8 weeks, I really want to get my body fat down.

WOW, a two mile swim. That’s a great workout! I just joined a pool so I can start swimming. Good luck with your goals!
