So im in a rut of sorts, Im very tired! I have been training straight for about 16 months five days a week. Yesterday I needed a change of pace, which is good, so I drove to a lake nearby and swam. I had a couple friends with me that had rafts and they were poundin brews. I swam about two mile totals out to an island and back. DAMN! It felt good I havent done something like that in years. That was my work out for Friday and a hella stress reliever. Next week Im going to start a stricter cuttin up phase for about 8 weeks, I really want to get my body fat down.

This is my first entry. Yesterday was brutal, took the kids to see Thomas the Tank Engine… oh…yah! All day cardio after a week of intense training. So, today is recovery…getting mentally prepared for the long week ahead. Yeah you feel me I know, it will be allright though eat well, drink well and get to bed at a decent hour. Tomorrow is chest, back, and shoulders, superset program right out of Arnold’s book… if you dont know you should. I went a year of the basics now its all real..and the shit dont stop…
