Today i’m pretty exhausted. I’ve been fly fishing for three days straight walking through the river for miles! I even went fishing today on my lunch break. lol. But as a result of that walking i’m too tired to workout. I really need to because i’ve been on a roll last week. I’m supposed to start my four day split. I’m also supposed to do a track workout tonight. I hate mondays, but thank God I work in a gym so it’s not too bad.
I am getting motivated reading other people’s blogs and success. I guess i’m going to have to feed off your energy and just do it. Thank you bodyspace!

This week i’ve been feeling more rested. I took three days off from work and just went fly fishing. I feel less stressed and more focused, but now im thinking about fly fishing more than training. lol. Being the supervisor of a gym does have its advantages. I get to workout whenever and as long as i want. I’m in training for a half-marathon so i ran for 35 minutes yesterday and felt good. My workout in the gym wasn’t that great, but good enough. I need my workouts structured so i think i’m gonna start a four day split with upper body on mon, and thurs, and lower body on tue, and fri. I did a track workout last night and felt great, but it was getting started that was the problem. I pulled an 11 second 100 meter! That surprised me. That inspired me to train my legs more. Multivitamins are helping me, and eating when i’m supposed to. I can’t wait for today’s workout. I’ll keep ya posted

Lately i haven’t been working out the way i use to. My body has been really tired. I know a lot has to do with my diet. I live on a reservation so getting to healthier foods is more of a challenge. I’ve started training for a half-marathon last week. I tried to keep weight lifting and running at the same time, but that just shocked the hell out of my nervous system and i’m still trying to recover. Lifting and running will take a lot out of you and causing you to eat more, and what i’ve been eating more of is junk food. I’m not as lean as i used to be and the fat is coming on. IT’s frustrating because i need to workout, but i’m so tired. I’ve been taking fat burners to use for energy, but that just causes me to lose sleep and get me more tired. I guess i’m gonna have to change my workout regimen and diet, but i’d hate to see the muscle go.
