Didn’t know what to do
Today is the first "off" day of my on two days off one routine and I was so lost after I dropped the kids off. I though I could just walk home but that never ends with walk home. I drove home and I thought ok now what I went for a little meeting with a friend and that was good but after that I did take a quick walk and then nothing. I feel really lazy. I think I will pick up some hobbies other than weight training. Maybe animal training?
