Broken Scale
Yeah no seriously just wanted to rant…I love my scale it does all sorts of cool tricks likes work on Monday but not on Thursday. Blink on and off when I get on and even change the numbers I’ve entered. I really love my scale. SO it was working really good for two weeks even went and stepped on my dial scale to make sure my digital scale wasn’t messing with me. Now, today it doesn’t even come on, I mean come on even a dog that rolls over and plays dead will get up and chase a ball. Not my scale and I think it is finally not playing dead anymore, I think well it has moved on to a better place for both of us. The only down side is now how do I measure my body fat?????

My personal opinion is that I take pictures every 3 weeks or so. That gives me a true, and accurate fat measurement. My gym owner also will do calipher testing for free every 6 weeks. I hate the scale, and how it rules many peoples motivational levels. Scales will only do one thing for you, drive you up and down. Keep working hard, trust watch you see, and how you feel. The results will manifest themselves!
