Not yet

Just need to post to vent to myself mostly.  But, I don’t think I am alone.  I want to add a little more weight to my tricep workout and I can’t.  i have to keep going lighter and it makes me feel a bit like a failure.  I am trying to keep in mind two reason i stay light and steady.  One is to perfect the motion.  I need to do it correctly in order to avoid injury.  Two I need to maximize the benefit make sure the muscle is exhausted.  If I go heavy too soon I will injure myself and could be practicing bad form.  Nothing more depressing than a set back that could have been avoided.  Ok time to let it ride.  I am not a failure I am not a quitter and I am not doing this for nothing.  Just be easy it is not yet time to heavy.
