It’s a mind game
Today I was all pumped and ready to go mentally. My body followed suit. So it makes me wonder what percent of this process is mental and what percent is physical. When I feel ready and I go into the workout thinking I am gonna bang this out….I do. When I am dragging my ass and saying just get through it then I really do just barely get through. I guess if this is what I really want I need to keep my mind on point. Not allowing anything to distract me from the results I want. Not even myself.
