Rambling
Today I had a great workout. I was completely energized but, I think it was the coffee and not anything proper in my diet. I had some greek yogurt and hespenworst for breakfast. I also have no clue how good that is for my workout but, I had a late night and no apetite today. I gave 110% as ususal and I am psyched to finally allow myself to put up some progress pics. I think I have a ways to go still before any muscle can be seen. But, even an Empire as great as Rome was not built in a day.
