My oh My what to eat?
I usually have no appetite in the morning. I never know what to eat and try to make smart choices especially on workout days. this way I will have the energy to work out and my muscles will benefit from whatever I have eaten. However, I am always stuck on this problem. I hate eating in the morning and yet, I need to because I work out in the morning. What to do? I am now stuck on Muesli and I am not even sure it is healthy. I mean it is sold as a health food but, is it really? I only like fried eggs and well that is not really healthy. i can’t buy egg whites over here it just doesn’t exist. So that is my rant for today. i have no clue how to fit an appropriate meal in before my morning work out. I am reluctant to say healthy because honestly, that should go without saying.

Go buy a couple pounds of protein powder or MRP’s (meal replacement protein) and have that prior to your workout. The protein sets up an anabolic window before your workout and provides your muscles with adequate nutrition for your weight training. Are you weight training or doing cardio?

A favorite breakfast of mine is this:
3 egg whites
1 wole egg
1 cup vegetables (I like mixed peppers)
Place in a plastic baggy (zip-loc) and put in a pan and boil. Boil until the eggs are done..you’ll be able to tell. Open the bag, and they slide right onto a plate. They are delicious, and light and will get you through your workout.
