Much Better
I am feeling really good about today’s workout. I gave it 110% I even went and tried to do just that much more on the bicep curls. I am on the right path. This is the journey for me. I feel so much better and fulfilled when I complete a hard workout. I have to stick to it and stay focused. I have to shove off now because I have a test tonight and I need as much practice on that as I do on my workouts

Its all good; remember, killdown the carbs and love leafy salads and greens; best rotate green/salad carbs 3 days on, 1 day off
We can train all we want and do as many cardio, but if we feed out bodies the same carbs we be trying to lose, its an uphill battle.
Hope we can encourage each other fellow european.
