Need More
I need to figure out a better workout. I am doing fine with what I am doing. But i don’t feel liek I am pushing myself hard enough. i am not yet bored with the workout and I am concentrating on form. So, I guess when this 10 week challenge is up if I have continued to show dedication I will go out and find me a trainer. This is the best I can hope for. Anyway enough said for today. I completed it I feel good abotu it and I need to fix lunch. Which who knows what that will be I think just some salami and cheese maybe an egg hmmmmm or an egg and rice. I am pretty sure this diet needs to be tweaked.
