Annoyed
I have not blogged in a few days because I like to blog after i have posted my workout on the tracker. I know that sounds a little anal but, since it wasn’t working and still isn’t I might add, I have no choice but to blog anyway. Please come back workout tracker. It makes my life so much easier. Anyway nothign new just need to document that I am workign otu and I am sticking to it and that the Keto Diet is the devil. Maybe not but I sure could use some crappy carbs right about now.
