I gave everything i had today. I pushed and I changed up my routine. I still feel like I can workout some more. I think that is just the post workout high that I love. Too bad you can’t bottle it. Anyway I am sure the progress will come it is not like I have been at this for years. Slow and steady wins the race. So as long as I push as long as there is drive I will succeed. By the way I am on day three of a Keto diet. No one ever said anything about going crazy. I swear I am going to hurt someone if I don’t get a drink soon. So maybe on day 8 when I am eating carbs I will just jug some Jim Beam? It’s a thought. Ok just kidding….
