No burn?

Today is a rest day.  I woke up and took a quick sprint to the bakery.  Unfortunately I have no choice the rest of the family eats sanwiches at elast two times a day.  So I get the fresh bread and use it as an excuse to get in some cardio.  Although it is only about 15 min there and back.  It reall wakes you up.  OK now to business.  I am not sore today.  I knwo I kicked my ass yesterday I even did a few extra sets until it nearly hurt.  But aside from a little soreness in my lower back, nothing.  I am a little pissed.  I want to feel the aftermath of my workout.  I feel like I should do some training today.  Or do I just stick with the program every other day for 10 weeks and let my body make the changes. 

Perhaps I need to re think my routine.  I mean hell, I made it up myself.  I don’t know enough about bodybuilding.  It is possible I am not pushing hard enough.  Either way no pain no gain.  I feel like because there is no burn today I didn’t give enough yesterday and for that I should be giving more. Damn anyway it is a cardio day and I have already done a good hour.  I will have to ride again tonight so that will be another hour.  No wonder I don’t burn I am too damn tired after allthe riding.
