Rebound
So I learned that all excercise is not equal. I did better today than the first time and added a few reps to my sets. I think it makes good sense to change it up as I go and try to do my best to be consistent. Today i got in and gave it my all. I think I have to tweak my eating a little more because yesterday I was hungry all day and it was an off day so I think the excercise keeps my hunger down. If I can find a way on off days to eat as well as I do on the days I workout then I may make better progress in the long run.
