Ouch
I woke up today completely sore. I nearly forgot I worked out yesterday. But, then I know this plan is working. So even though I hurt it won’t be so bad in a few weeks I just ahve to stick with it. Today is a cardio day but no workout as far as muscles go. I plan on trying to tweak my cardio as well to get most bang for my buck. I don’t have anything but time so I might as well use it wisely.
