Accomplishment- 15″ arms (just the left, lol)
Well I was 3 weeks late of my goal. I had hit 14 7/8" at the goal date. Just couldn’t squeeze it out. I’ve been on chest/shoulder workouts for 3 weeks now. I got a killer workout in with decline bench, chest fly’s, pulldown’s and seated rows. Got to my car with my arms pulsating. Right arm was still 14 7/8" but I decided to measure my left and it hit just a hair over 15"!!! Woot!!
Now onto defining my weak chest, lol. thanks for reading!
