Accomplishment- 15″ arms (just the left, lol)

Well I was 3 weeks late of my goal. I had hit 14 7/8" at the goal date. Just couldn’t squeeze it out. I’ve been on chest/shoulder workouts for 3 weeks now. I got a killer workout in with decline bench, chest fly’s, pulldown’s and seated rows. Got to my car with my arms pulsating. Right arm was still 14 7/8" but I decided to measure my left and it hit just a hair over 15"!!! Woot!!

 Now onto defining my weak chest, lol. thanks for reading!

Continuation of NewB gains

I’ve now ended week 4 of the arm workout. I have been hitting 4 sets on each move. This week will be the remainder of the load. 5 sets for each excercise.

 Anyway, to the gains!! I measured up yesterday after a nice workout of getting after it. My arms are now 14.75"!! I’m only a 1/4 inch from my goal of June 16th. As long as I don’t have a plateu, that seems to be highly achievable at this point. Also, I work out at home and I started repping out at 20 for dumbell rows. So I had to go pick up some more discs. 4, 5lb discs to bring me back down to 12reps or so. Strength is moving on as well! My wife wants to get a membership at the local YMCA so that works out since I’m about done with the arm workout. I’ll need more weights to move on with my progress.

Newb Gains!!!

When I started this arm workout with a Load and Deload techinque, my arms measured 12 3/4 inches. I found this workout in Mens Fitness. It HIGHLY recommend it as I am getting great benefits. Now I’m positive it will slow down as they are new-jack gains. But for now, I will saturate myself in the positive state of mind it gives. At the end of 6 weeks, my arms reached 14 inches!!! Now I stopped working out for 8 months as I am a dancer(not stripper, lol) as well. In my kind of dancing (boogaloo, popping), I rely heavily on fast-twitch muscles and gaining mass was slowing my hits down. So I gave up. I’m not dancing now so I’m back to working out. I’m PACKING the protein in currently. I’m hitting 1.5 times my bodyweight in grams of protein. IT’S WORKING! I’m two weeks in now that I have reset the arm workout and I just hit 14.5 inches! FTW, as they say!!!!
